PROJECT RUGBY

Mill Hill RFC, is a disABILITY Hub for project Rugby which is run by Saracens sport foundation who are the Charity arm of the premiership rugby team. Project Rugby is nationally recognised as an initiative to make rugby more inclusive, by increasing participation from the disabled community. The long term aim is for every grassroots rugby club to have a Disability/Mixed Ability team regarded as ‘just another’ team at a rugby club, so anyone is able to turn up to their local club and be part of a team, do exercise, make some friends and most importantly, integrate the disabled community within the mainstream community. Sessions run on Tuesday evenings 18:30 - 19:30 @ Mill Hill RFC Session are free of charge for participants and volunteers are more then welcome.
